Stay Away from Starchy Foods

 

When you have finally decided to change your eating habits and make it a life long plan, there are some foods to stay away from. Instead of eating white instant rice, prepare brown rice because it is more complex and will not shoot your insulin levels through the roof, causing you to store fat.

If you have occasionally found yourself consuming high fructose syrup, which is in tons of processed foods, turn to yams or something else. High fructose syrup will only end up killing you because it is so bad for you. You want to steer clear of heavy carbs during the night, especially before going to bed.

It’s a lot easier and usually less boring to eat like 90% of the population, but you feel so much better when you really start eating right. It’s like the whole looking better part is almost an afterthought.
